Great assessment. Technically Brigham was a DME rep, but nevertheless he was exposed to ugly side of medicine. You're right Ways2Well is not the only company out there, full disclosure I own SYNC Life and we do the same thing aside from stem cells. I have owned a compounding pharmacy for 20 years and I can attest to the corruption that is healthcare (sickcare). I would not conflate MD VIP with Wellness Clinics. Not the same tests performed, for example we test genetic biomarkers, cellular nutrition assays, methylation pathways, and hormones (T4 included) as a baseline. The reimbursement structures built steer physicians to prescribe and treat in accordance with what reimburses.

This type of place is driven by a motive of profit only, nothing else. Similar to Rejuvime or Sync in BR. If they happen to help someone that is a fortunate side effect.
Expensive supplements and expansive lab panels are to make money. No significant benefit.
Regarding stem cells:
This is something that is very easily testable. Why isn’t there good evidence from randomized control trials showing a major benefit? One reason is these people aren’t interested in doing them.
I’m not doubting that people get better after treatment, but the major confounding variable is time. They would have gotten better anyway.
The truth is that a better path to optimal health is cheap but not easy:
1. Be extremely fit
2. Be muscular
3. Be strong
4. Don’t be fat
5. Sleep well
6. Be social
7. Manage stress/avoid depression
8. Make sure basic health parameters parameters are in range

Regarding stem cells:

Most people rave about the efficacy of stem cells in areas where western medicine routinely provides less than optimal outcomes
