It’s skiing in-bounds at a major resort. Depending on the layer makeup they dynamite those areas to prevent slides like this from happening. Out of bounds and you’re on your own.

I don’t know much about ski law, but it seems like you’re kinda skiing at your own risk.
I realize they have people to groom lines and check for avalanches but you’re still out in nature.
