When a significant area of the parish voted to become their own city in hopes of getting things better and eventually starting their own school system; the powers that be did everything in their power to stop it.
That’s the mentality here. Thd results are obvious. Despite being the capital, having LSU and in the midst of an industrial boom in the metro area; EBR is rotting from north to south.
