The real reason is that some fans/posters are very petty. Brady was also shite upon when he left for the pros. Denbrock ran the offense, end of story. BK may have initially installed it at ND, or sometimes have input, but it was Denbrock's offense. Denbrock was a good coach. He was not just a puppet.

I’m not calling Denbrock a puppet, or a poor coach. I’m telling you that BK hired him because he can run what BK wants. You either believe what BK has said, or not.
