Just because they are rated higher, doesn't mean they're better. I think back to Major Applewhite at Texas. He was a very marginal recruit and he was better than the #1 QB recruit that came 1 year after him, Chris Simms.

Especially with QB ratings. It's the most hit or miss out there and VERY political. Because it's the position least reflective of measurables (and yet recruiting is almost solely based on measurables).
