So we lose our best defensive big for another PG who is maybe marginally better than Jose?

Think Tyus is viewed as a pretty major upgrade from Jose, but I like Jose too and think he's a culture setter which you don't necessarily want to mess with. Again, I'm ok with no deals and just seeing how this line up plays out. But for kicks, what about this trade...
