Yes, Jarrett Allen is a poor fit on the Cavs (just as JV is a poor fit for us), because they need to go all in on Evan Mobley at center. That's why Allen might end up being available.

so.....what if we offered Trey and picks for Mobley and he was our 5?

One of the Cavs big issues is shooting, and Mobley isn't a shooter.
And having Trey at the 4 instead of Mobley might actually make Allen look better on defense.
