Or at least, if you do trade him, wait until the 2024 trade deadline to maximize value and trade him to a desperate contender for a 2nd or 3rd for the 2024 draft.

Again, with that option bonus we would just be adding 20M in dead cap when we deal him and we won't have the cap space to absorb the acceleration
