but if you remember, season ticket holders get that kind of a letter every season. Talking about tradition and the bowl game.
How else would you do it if your job was to sell bowl tickets? Email was a great use of resources. Its better than not having any advertisements. His job is to sell tickets and thats what the email was about. I really dont see the big deal about the email.
