No, I’m just trying to watch mortgage rates with hopes that they’ll continue to creep lower. Currently sitting with a 3.75 on my current house, so these rates are hard to stomach, but I know I won’t see them anywhere near what I currently have!

Well rates are in the low 5s for FHA so jump on it
