Agree with this. A few years ago I was in hospital for three days. I could have stopped then and did for a few months.

I felt like I was going to be OK after 3 days, because I'd read that's how much time it takes your body to rid itself of nicotine.

After 3 days, it's all mind games and letting your brain rewire itself.

Just 3 days.

They make some nicotine free "fake dip" that was pretty good, early on, but I quit doing that even after about 2 cans because it felt like "cheating."

Sunflower seeds are good, a peppermint or atomic fireball can distract you, etc.
