For those possibly trying to stop dipping and switching to at least nicotine pouches.
For me not sure it is helping. Seems like it just makes it easier at times when it is not supposed to be. Like even at sleep I love a pouch. You cannot do that with a dip. Well you can but don’t try it out bless you are a pro.
Rustle some feathers here but
Rogue>zynn easily in my mind. It lasts longer and much better flavor then that little gummy thing zyn turns into.
What are your go to favorites?

Wait until the rogue pouches completely obliterate your gums. Happened to me and everyone I know that did them. Had to stop using them all together.

My co-worker got me into FRE before football season because I was tired of dip. The mint ones with higher mg have a good bite and last a while.

I've tried some others like Lucy, NIC-S, and sesh+, but they're just okay. A lot of them lose their flavor quickly for me.

Just throw the shite out the door, grab your nutz and deal with it. The great god nicotine is a bitch but you can do it.

FYI
Quitting cigs was much easier than quitting dip. Frick the damn tobacco companies.

There are no shortcuts to quitting nicotine. If you "cut back" you are just extending withdrawals.

Sack up and quit cold turkey.

I was consuming about 1 can of Cope LC per day when I did.

I stumbled on this site:

https://www.killthecan.org/

Posted my "day 1" in early 2015 and am now over 3k days quit.

The withdrawals suck bad for the first few days. It's a real mind frick for about 100 days. And you'll be dreaming about dip for years after it.

But it really changed my social life, my career, and my health.

No more sneaking off at lunch for a dip.

No more avoiding social or work situations where I'd have to go too long without a dip.

...now I just need to work on the alcohol. Working on Dry January as a start.

Took my last dip on November 3rd and started on the Velo - 7mgs. Right after Christmas I switched to the 4mgs and haven’t noticed much of a difference. Planning on going cold Turkey soon but figured it would be easier to ween myself off of these things first.

Wallet is thankful also. Went from a can and a half of Timberwolf to about 10 pouches a day which is half a can of velo
