re: Friday was the best day for the school cafeteria!

When I was in school I used to love Fridays especially during Mardi Gras. We would have either fried fish, seafood gumbo or something else, they never served meat on Friday, this was public school, I am not sure if they still do this, but looking back... We used to get a pretty good meal for.. I think $0.65? I just remember I would get $4 a week and at the end of the week I had enough to get something from the vending machine.
