Yeah this site has made me really appreciate my marriage over the years. My wife has made my life so much easier and checks all of the boxes.

I can definitely see how it’s very hard to predict how a person or relationship will evolve long term. Some of the stories told on OT are terrifying.

There's a ringing endorsement if I've ever heard one.

"Marriage, it's not all bad".

18 years in March

She is my ride or die. Always in my corner. Never have I ever heard her say "I told you so"

Supports me, encourages me, wants me to be my best self.

Married young, started family young and I have No RAGRETS

Between cruising the river, fishing, Saints/LSU games, traveling, etc we have a blast and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Together 18 years, married 10.

Checking in with another Proverbs31 woman. She has made my life better in too many ways to count. This year will be 30 years, I would happily do it all over again.

This is the wrinkle that is missing from a lot of the "marriage is wonderful" baws. Five years ago I would have been in that boat but mine changed almost overnight. Just because she is wonderful now doesn't mean she will be tomorrow.

28 years going. I definitely got the better end of the deal. Would do it all over again in a minute.

My father-in-law told me that only get married if you understand marriage is basically the scene from Titanic with the old couple in bed together waiting to die.

Marriage might be a sinking ship, but I'm good, content, and warm.

Haha....

Marriage is work.

Sometimes my wife annoys the Hell out of me.

That's why I took up building guitars.
