Mom eats frozen waffles for breakfast most days. Had a WalMart delivery left overnight on the doorstep due to me being too sick to get out of bed and her being 85 and hard of hearing. Her frozen waffles were fine, she ate the whole box of 24 or something. Her nightly snack yogurt cups were fine too but they are already active culture anyway.
