Non-fat greek yogurt has 18g protein per 2/3 cup. I usually throw a scoop of whey isolate in there for an additional 25g (although there are artificial sweeteners there, so you could skip that step) and 1 cup of wild blueberries. Boiled eggs are another convenient option

5% fat plain yogurt is actually good and no fake shite in it.
