Awwwe look at the lil attention whore trying to be cute. You feel better now, little girl?
Things like you need to be belted across the mouth regularly as a reminder of for miserable life.

Something to think about. If you’re right and I’m wrong I’ve wasted a few hours each week and maybe spent a little too much time trying to be nice. If I’m right and you’re wrong, unfortunately you’ll spend eternity without my imaginary friend. Also, scientifically the probability of life existing is zero. It takes as much faith to believe in the luck of life as in God. No need to make fun of those that choose to believe.
Something else to think about…
…you didn’t come close to proving it, which means that there’s certainly a chance that you’re basing your one and only life on a myth…completely divorced from reality.
I”m not worried about spending eternity without your imaginary friend. I’ve spent all of my life so far without him.

I'm not atheist, but thats bullshite. The vast majority of atheists could give two shits less about your religious beliefs. Whereas most "men of God" will shame, judge, and ridicule anyone that isn't a heterosexual Jesus worshiper.

God needs no defense. We don’t have to prove anything, all of creation testifies of Him all by itself.
Everyone (this includes you) will acknowledge that Jesus is Lord eventually. Whether in this life as Savior or afterwards as Judge. The sad part is it doesn’t have to be as Judge as he had paid the price for your salvation.

As a man of God, I don’t shame anyone, however, the Holy Ghost does convict of sin (John 16:8-9). I also can not judge a man’s heart, however, God does judge the intents of the heart (Jeremiah 17:9-10). I also don’t ridicule anyone, but God does ridicule those who trust in earthly wisdom and not in His wisdom (1 Corinthians 3:18-19)
Now, if a person shames you, judges you and ridicules you then your air quotes around the term men of God would be accurate. They would either not be a true man of God or a very immature man of God at most.

Typical Longhorn fan. Only have faith in themselves…and thus always get letdown.

Well said! That dude can’t keep pace with C.S. Lewis logic as that. And to your point…everyone has faith in something…based on the evidence, I simply don’t have enough faith to be an atheist.

You need to be around the alters of a church filled with the Presence of God. Is it imaginary if you can feel the Presence of God? Do not mock God. He will save you when you are at your lowest.

Which one? There are literally thousands and the believers in those gods are just as convinced that theirs is the “real god” that you are of yours. You can’t all be right, but you could all be wrong. What mechanism do we use to determine which if any is true and how do we go about doing that? Please explain in detail.

Proof please.
They’ll give you some ignorant argument about “look at the trees” or “you can’t get something from nothing” (even though that’s not the stance of any scientific paper on the origin of the universe.
Trust be told, half these people claiming to believe know deep down they have no logical reason to believe, but they can’t stand the fact that they will never see their passed on loved ones again or the idea that ultimately they are insignificant to this reality so they try to lie to themselves about this. The other half are just too simple minded to question what they’ve been told all their lives and to see the obvious false claims made by their book. Luckily religion is dying and science and reasoning are winning out globally.

How do you know that what you felt is god? How do you know which god you felt? After all, Muslims, Hindu, etc will all tell you they’ve “felt god” too. You can’t all be correct, but you could all be wrong. How do we determine which of you are correct if any?

What? There’s been many scientific papers about singularities with regards to the beginning of the universe or black holes.
I’m not very religious…but the whole “scientific” stuff is just as suspect. Science has been wrong wayyy more than it’s been right. They just recently told us they were wrong about the age of the universe by about 12 billion years lol…no kidding.

I'm not a religious person myself, but I appreciate when young men like Nuss are, and are respectful. To me it shows they were raised right, and putting your faith in something higher can be a really big motivator

Even if you’re not religious, why do this? Just makes you look like an a-hole.

Atheism is not a claim that god does not exist. It’s simply that theist have not met the burden of proof. It is the natural state. Like I am “atheist” to the existence of bigfoot because I am unconvinced that he exists. I’m not making the positive claim the he does not exist, just that I have yet to be convinced he does based on the current evidence. Based on the current evidence I am also unconvinced that a god exists. I’m not claiming that a god does not exist jist that the burden of proof by those who claim he dies have not met that burden of proof.
Your argument of “what if you are wrong” is a fallacy. What if YOU are wrong? What if YOU have chosen to believe in the wrong god? You are just as atheist as I am about all other gods.
Also, there is zero faith involved in being an atheist. The null view is the default view. You should never be convinced of anything until the evidence warrants it. Faith is what you use when you don’t have good reason to believe. It’s literally by definition believing in something for which you do not have evidence for. Is that logical? Is that how we should base all our decisions?

Why? Because I care about what is true? Because I care about logic and reasoning? Those are bad traits in your world view?

That's the problem. I've meet more immature men of God than true men of God.
