Yes but like with the other expat countries, once the COL caught up (due to higher Western demand), the ex pat immigration decreased.
Sex tourism is real, popular there, and gross. But it's still tourism. Those freaks leave. The expats stay. You can get easy access to prostitutes in all of these countries b/c they're less developed than the West.

Unless you emigrate there, then there is a good chance someone moved there because they cant get laid here.
