Does it handle uploading a store bill like Target as credit cards don't care about the itemized billing?
If my family spent 200$ at target and I cannot handle the itemization, there is no way for me to tell if 200$ is junk food or something we need.

The situation you describe is not something that I worry about. I get what you're saying, but if you think money is being spent improperly, you should address that directly with yourself or your spouse. The software doesn't mediate family disagreements.

It certainly won't do it automatically.

You either get an email receipt from the retailer or keep you physical receipt - YNAB will let you split the transaction if you know what goes where.
