You do realize being part of the universal church for the first 1500 years after Christ died on the cross was to be catholic, right? (Catholic just means universal)
The Bible was created by the leaders of the church. Was’t until a German named Luther came along 1.5 millennia later, created a schism and started taking books out and preaching false teachings (sola scripture & sola fide) that the church splintered. How many times has that sect splintered since?

Isn't it much older than the Protestant Bible?
Shouldn't that be the Protestants removed several books that the Catholics included? And the Catholics did their own culling writing their Bible?
