Usually, I would chalk this up to someone trying to start drama w a competitor for attention, but the smear/lie here is so beyond that and extends to pretty much anyone on the right who doesn’t agree w Tucker’s isolationist FP views.

In this case suggesting that Ben and others who care about the current conflict don’t talk about or care about issues Americans are facing.
