Follow the post-op procedures to the letter and take it easy for a couple days.

Very important: Make damn sure to do your follow up labs and don't just assume you're shooting blanks until you get two negative lab results. I used to work with a guy whose wife got pregnant right after his procedure and he was in the process of filing for divorce; turned out he was still firing live ammo.
