Colorado's claim is he is not legally eligable to run for office. So if he's not elegiable, then he can't win with a write-in.
However, I wonder what the law actually says. Does it say "to run" (which would only mean he cannot be on the ballot buyt can still hold the elected position by write-in) or does the wording have to do with being elected?
