for a charge that no one has charged him with in 3 years.

This would be like banning a guy because he "murdered" a guy in a driving accident where no charges were brought against him. It's bullshite and is bypassing due process.

There really needs to be recourse against rogue judges that step outside the lines of the law like this. This Supreme Court should all be disbarred and thrown off with no retirement involved for them from their time there.
