I live in Choudrant.. Love it.. nice place, but way too close to the train tracks for me.. Don't know I could get used to the trains coming through all the time. Think it is overpriced about 100K IMO, especially close to the tracks.

$425 to $450 is a better price. Who ever built it put a lot of unnecessary money into it. They'll never get their money back.
Choudrant is not a bad place to live. It's got a good school district and right in the middle of North La. Lots of rich folks moving out of town and building in the area.

Looking at google satelite what are all thise long buildings within a few miles in several directions? Are those chicken farms? And if yes does the smell waft in the area of this house? Some seem pretty close.
