I’m not sure Bastrop can claim anybody. Literally the only thing there is Simmons and a Wal Mart. Mer Rouge, Jones, and Bonita actually prop it up from ghetto status and let’s face it, Bastrop will become North Sterlington in about 20 years.
Back on topic, Choudrant isn’t really a bad town. Most of the meth is back down I-20 in West Monroe. This house is really just a camp and the only incentive would be a membership at Squire as part of that sell.
