I am currently in trouble because I caught the flu last Friday which then turned into pneumonia and both ears infected. My wife views this as an intentional act on my part even though my father in law has taken my side.

Maybe just throw up on her if she keeps busting your chops, or maybe some Hershey squirts in the bed to let her know you’re really sick and not faking.
