$1500 in labor seems extremely good today to remove and replace an engine. That’s only $750 each way, which is 7-10 hours of labor to remove and 7-10 to put it back.

ya it was, he is my regular mechanic so he gave me a great deal plus he has made plenty of money over the last few years so im long term repeat customer
