I sell cars and I have no problem negotiating a bottom line online. It’s annoying when that person shows up and wants to renegotiate for no reason at all.

I actually enjoy getting to know people during the sales process and finding the perfect vehicle for them. Most people don’t show up with a specific choice in mind. I’m lucky in that I work for a very large independent dealership, so no corporate bullshite to deal with.
