If they are successful in getting just another 100 houses out there, I'm sure a new grocery store and some restaurants wouldn't be too far behind....
Over the next 20 years, they'll probably be more like 1500 new houses out there.

There is already a grocery store going up at the 21 entrance. And houses are still going up like crazy in here.
