This has always been my stance on leaving the southshore. If I ever leave Metairie it’s for the true sticks.

Not for a subdivision that only accomplishes my goal of driving a lot anytime I want to go somewhere. I like money hill, but not sure I see the market for this at current interest rates.

If they are successful in getting just another 100 houses out there, I'm sure a new grocery store and some restaurants wouldn't be too far behind....

Over the next 20 years, they'll probably be more like 1500 new houses out there.
