It won't stop. I only hire American for VERY specific tasks that I can't get a Filipino worker to do.

Why would I pay am American $6,000 a month when I get the same quality of work (often better) for $1,000 a month?

The obvious answer is to keep your money American. I’m not opposed to your thoughts, but you gotta know saying that is going to anger some people on here.

The reality is there’s never been a better time to work from home online. But working online does make your job doable internationally, so I also don’t think there’s a major issue looking internationally for talent.
