I do this and my accountant has told me it is only a matter of time before i get a hand slap.

That said, there are a few ways to do this by the book.

1. They apply and get an ITIN number (anyone can get one) and set up an LLC inside the USA.

2. Another is just use a 3rd party company that handles all this.

I just send mine money though WISE.
