I'd raise an eyebrow, shake my head, move to the other side, and go about my day. That person is clearly dealing with something I don't know about. Maybe something is weighing on them and they didn't even notice me. Maybe they have a micropenis and this is the only thing that makes them feel alive.
Either way, not worth my time and energy. I've got better shite to do.
