All Israel needs to help themselves is for people to stop bitching about how they are currently helping themselves. Your idea would only move those Palestinians from being an Israel problem to being a US problem. That's like thinking that moving the deck chairs around on the Titanic while it's sinking is going to somehow stop it from sinking.
