Reed was a machine… And he wasn’t especially fast…
This. Josh Reed played 5 less games than Nabers and has 356 more yards than Nabers in an era where it wasn’t pass happy like it was today plus all the defensive advantages they have today.
It’s like people didn’t start watching LSU football until 2002.
Josh Reed 2 bowl games
2000- Georgia Tech - 92 receiving yards.
2001- Illinois - 239 receiving yards
Josh Reed - 3336 Receiving yards. 33 total games. 1999-2000-2001 including 2 bowl games. No bowl game in 1999
Malik Nabers - 2980 receiving yards. 37 games. 38 games if he plays in LSU bowl.
356 yards to break Josh Reed all time ACTUAL RECORD AT LSU
