This is all the result of being raised without a father, which is unfortunate. The kid was most certainly raised by a single white mother. The girl probably had dad around but he worked a lot, was emotionally absent, and gave her money as a sign of affection. This type of behavior is the end result and we see it everywhere. What’s the solution?
