Bless you brother for engaging in a discussion with me. As an Orthodox Christian, I would love for my Roman Catholic and Protestant brethren to join with the Orthodox as one Church.

The Wiki page is interesting and highlights some major issues; however, the scars from 1000 years of the Great Schism or Divorce can not be even covered well in this forum.

All Christians of good will owe it to themselves to explore the doctrines of Orthodox Christianity. Faith, nurtured by habit and family tradition, can be a stubborn thing.

Yet I think that all traditional Catholics who have not looked over their shoulder across the Tiber River are not being completely honest with themselves. The failings of the Catholic church since Vatican II seemed to have exponentially escalated with the emergence of the current Jesuit Pope.

Which Orthodox Church do you belong to?

Do you take issue with anything in the wiki article that I linked?

I would encourage everyone to leave the Protestant faith and join the Orthodox Church. If you are Catholic, and you have an Orthodox church convenient for your location, check it out.
