I completely agree with you on Ruth's. I went last year and ordered the cowboy ribeye and it was mediocre. It was severely undercooked for my liking and had way too much gristle. The lobster mac came out luke warm and made my wife sick the next day.
Went to Supper Club a few weeks ago, and I will say, that was worth the money. Absoluelty the best seared scallops I've ever had. I also had a Denver steak, while it was cooked great, the flavor of the beef was not for me. I do not blame the restaurant for this one but it just wasn't my cup of tea. It was a little too beefy.
