Version in retrospect was a poor choice of words. I was talking about watches from brands like Sugess and Aesop that make bottom-end tourbillons in the $250 to $600 range. Seagull makes much better built and finished tourbillons but they run in the $2500-3000 range and are less likely being bought to just experience a tourbillon.

Sugess and Aesop use things like Breguet hands but aren't even a rough homage much less being a fake.
