From what I've heard he is one of the most well mannered kids at Northshore. He is working extremely hard and being tutored on a daily basis in order to keep his grades up.

AS far as his play on the field ......BEAST is an under statement.

My mom teaches at Northshore and Chris was in one of her classes when he was a Junior. What you have heard is exactly right. He does have to put a lot of work into keeping his grades up, and his GPA issues have nothing to do with lack of effort - he never failed to show up for several voluntary study groups she held before major tests. He is, by her description, the nicest guy you would never want to piss off... Zero character issues. He still pops by her classroom on a regular basis to let her know how he's doing in the classroom and on the field as he continues the due diligence required to make the grades and keep on playing.

I hope that some LSU high-character junior or senior kinda takes him under his wing when he arrives at LSU... He's a really nice kid and to this point has led a very focused life...
