Bulldoze and move the team to Lakefront arena for a few seasons. Then rebuild at the same site.

They would be better off making the Superdome a basketball arena again for a few years, like they did with the Jazz. UNO has a problem getting people to drive there and it capacity might be too small.
Also, I'll be shocked if the org can get a meaningful contribution from the state during the 4 years (or more) of the Landry admin.
