F-150 Cooling Fan Issue

I’ve got a 16 5.0 f150. My engine cooling fan kicked on loudly over the weekend, and is running the whole time, either parked or driving. It’s cold, and AC is off. I flushed coolant and added new coolant and that didn’t fix issue. I’m certain it’s not the actual engine over heating and just a sensor or thermostat issue.
Fan is loud af, anyone else had this issue? Thing is obnoxiously loud.

it runs off of a sensor in the radiator
your sensor switch must be stuck or broken
unplug it and see if it stops, if it does, replace the sensor

My 06 Chevy 1500 did exactly that. They threw parts at it to no avail. It turned out to be some corrosion on a terminal for the main computer.

Check for a cooling system leak.
Do you notice the heat delayed turning hot now that it it winter time?
Add anti-freeze to the radiator. My suspicion is you will be shocked at how much it will hold once you fill it.

Our 2013 does that periodically as well.
Dealer checked it out and said it's operating normally.
That was about 3 years ago....

Change the thermostat. I just went thru this on the wifes gmc yukon. Went thru 4 sensors that looked like they kept failing. Had to unplug the battery to reset it. Changed the thermostat and problem solved.
