It has nothing to do about $$.

A&M and Missouri joined & neither had a rival. So they made LSU-A&M instead of pairing them & Mizzou together.

LSU-OU will make $$ regardless of whether it’s on 10/19, 11/16, or 11/30.

If it’s about doing rivalries (like the other 8 SEC matchups on rivalry week), then LSU-Ark & OU-Mizzou is what makes the most sense.

More important date if playing for post season.

It matters

The fact that we are not playing Mississippi State speaks volumes. I believe we have played them more than any other team. Says a lot about what the conference thinks about rivalries.
