Depends on the brand/quality of paint.....and paint is stupidly expensive right now.

I recommend going with a "top of the line" paint whichever brand you choose.

$3.50 seems high to me. I live east of Tampa and we had most of our inside (except doors, door frames and closets) painted AND the exterior for $7,500.00 (our house is a little over 2,700 SF) about a year ago. We used top of the line Sherwin Williams: Duration for the interior, Emerald for the exterior and Pro Classic for the doors/frames. I did the doors, door frames and closets.

Does that include the paint?? If so, sounds like you got a hell of a deal.....at least compared to me. My 6000$ does not include cost of paint which is stupidly expensive.

Why? Paint is paint.
