LSU basketball IS known for recruiting top players.

We are top 10 all-time in signing McDonald's/Parade AAs.
Every coach since Dale has signed top notch players (even Trent, and especially Johnny's worthless arse).

Coaching and our administration is what holds us back.

I don't think you understand how powerful of a brand LSU is. I live in VB, Virginia, and CONSTANTLY get a geaux tigahs, or ellll essss yooooh from young black males (our primary recruiting demographic) whenever I wear my LSU gear around town.

If we EVER get the right coach in place (and we just had his arse), and support him and not back down at the first sign of trouble from the media and NCAA, you'll see just how great LSU basketball can be. I've seen it before, and it can happen again.
