We have the same record, but we are not 'tied'. If the season ended today we would be from the outside looking in, mate.

Bro you might wanna look up the definition of tied…

If you use the tie breaker to break a tie it also doesn’t change the fact you are tied. You just win the tie breaker, but your record remains tied. They aren’t awarding and extra win.

Yes “tied” means you have the same record but a tiebreaker will determine your place in the standings despite having the same record. So just to clarify, just because you are tied in your record, doesn’t mean you’re in first place. At this point though, if the eternal optimists want to parade around saying we’re tied for first and we control our own destiny go ahead. Reality is this is the first time saints won in over a month and it was against the worst team in the league- I highly doubt after 4 games the eternal optimists will be saying they’re anywhere near first in the division.
