He is the same as any number of guys who play football in high school. His athleticism trumps his shortcomings because he is generally one of the best, if not the best, athletes on the field.
He has good arm strength and good speed as a runner, also big and strong enough to power through contact. But his accuracy is hit-and-miss so he is going to at least be a bit of a project at QB. I don't know enough about the kid to know if he projects at QB at the next level or if he'll be a WR, DB or LB.
