Really no clue. I know that signing day ( and week before) brings surprises. Coaches may make calls based on commitments from transfer portal. Signees may flip to elsewhere just as we might still get a flip or two.

Of course, there is the opportunity for the surprise flip(s), but this looks like the first recruiting class that Kelly will have that he will be able to build more from the signing class with less reliance on the portal, which is his stated and oft repeated preference.
I agree with you that the portal class will be smaller in terms of numbers than the prior portal classes as the numbers are just not there for a huge portal class in terms of numbers, strategic takes, quality over quantity.
