Iger is a money guy and likely doesn't have any real principles in this culture war or whatever we want to call it.
Which means a $1.37bn loss cannot stand. I can only imagine what their focus groups are telling them. He has to figure out how to get his creative division to get back to traditional entertainment without causing a revolt and a bunch of crying to the media.
